When I place a home’s photos on MLS, I add captions to MLS to describe the photos and a home’s features/improvements. In the photo below the title of the photo reads, “New AC/Heat Pump Replaced in 2022.” The additional description reads… “New AC/Heat Pump (replaced in 2022), new programable thermostat, and extra attic insulation.”

My discounted 1% listing commission does NOT include any compensation for the buyer’s agent. It is the fee I charge for my services.
